Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the DaisyChord mobile application (the "App") operated by us ("we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DaisyChord, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to accept these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The App may allow you to sign in using Google Sign-In. When you authenticate through Google, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to:
The App allows you to submit song requests ("User Submissions").
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your submissions to process requests and improve the App. We may review or reject submissions at our discretion.
All App content, design, code, trademarks, and functionality are owned by us or licensed and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
The App displays song lyrics, chords, and musical content for educational and personal practice purposes only. We do not claim ownership of underlying musical works.

The App may send optional push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), including feature updates, announcements, or important notices. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
The App may use Google Play In-App Updates to notify you of available updates. Certain updates may be required to continue using the App to ensure security and functionality.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms. Sections intended to survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
