Daisy ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Daisy (the "App"). We collect information that you provide directly and information automatically collected when you use the App.

• Song request information: song title, artist name, optional email address, and additional details.
• App preferences: theme, font size, auto-scroll settings, scroll speed.
• Account information (Google Sign-In): name, email address, Google user ID.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Network requests: fetching songs, artists, bands, and chords.
• Push notification data: Firebase Cloud Messaging device tokens.
• Analytics data: anonymized usage data, device information, crash reports via Firebase Analytics.
• Advertising data: AdMob may collect advertising ID, device info, and usage data for ad delivery and measurement.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve the App.
• Authenticate users via Google Sign-In.
• Process song requests.
• Apply user preferences.
• Send optional notifications.
• Display song, artist, band, and chord content.
• Show advertisements via Google AdMob.

3. Data Storage and Security

Local preferences are stored on your device securely. Server-side data is stored using Firebase services.

We use reasonable security measures, but no system is 100% secure.

The guitar tuner uses microphone input to detect pitch. Audio is processed locally in real-time and is never stored, recorded, or transmitted.

No audio data is stored, recorded, or transmitted to external servers.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal data.

• Service providers (Firebase, Google services, hosting).
• Advertising and analytics partners (Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase).

Advertising data collection and processing is handled by Google under its own privacy policies.
